2. Data we process

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you send us. Name, email address and message are mandatory, because without them we cannot identify you or reply to your request; the phone number is optional and we will only use it if you provide it.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for two separate purposes:

  • Handling your request for a demo or information about Resiges. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending you commercial communications about Resiges, only if you tick the separate, optional checkbox in the form. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 21 of the Spanish LSSI). Requesting a demo does not mean you agree to receive later commercial communications, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Retention

  • The data in your request is kept for as long as needed to handle it and, at most, 12 months from our last contact with you. After that it is deleted or, where applicable, kept blocked for the legal periods that apply to possible liabilities. If we sign a contract with you, the data is then processed under that contract and its legal retention periods.
  • If you have consented to commercial communications, you will receive them until you withdraw your consent, at which point we will stop sending them.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. Form submissions are received in the Resiges team's mailbox, hosted on OVH servers; OVH is the hosting and email provider and accesses the data only on behalf of S&T 19 Servicios Empresariales S.L., as data processor. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. will receive the browsing data described in the cookie policy.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, free of charge, by writing to dpo@resiges.com (or info@resiges.com). We may ask you to prove your identity where necessary to handle your request.

In addition, where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Automated decisions and profiling

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, nor do we build profiles with it.
